1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using the Alfred service (hereinafter, "the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to any part of these terms, you must not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

Alfred is a digital workforce platform for B2B SaaS companies. The Service allows users to delegate qualification, deal closing, and operations to autonomous AI agents that take ownership and deliver outcomes.

3. Acceptable Use

You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these terms. The following is prohibited:

  • Using the Service for illegal or fraudulent activities
  • Attempting unauthorized access to other users' systems or data
  • Interfering with the Service's operation
  • Reproducing, duplicating, or copying the Service without authorization
  • Using the Service to send spam, malware, or malicious content
  • Violating third-party intellectual property rights

4. User Accounts

To use the Service, you must create an account by providing accurate and complete information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your access credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.

5. Intellectual Property

The Service and all its content, including but not limited to software, design, text, graphics, logos, and code, are the property of GRANIZE LLC or its licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws.

You retain all rights to the content you create or provide through the Service. By using the Service, you grant GRANIZE LLC a non-exclusive license to use, process, and store such content solely to provide and improve the Service.

6. Limitation of Liability

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE". GRANIZE LLC DOES NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE IS FREE FROM ERRORS, INTERRUPTIONS, OR DEFECTS.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, GRANIZE LLC SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR DIRECT, INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES RESULTING FROM THE USE OR INABILITY TO USE THE SERVICE.

7. Service Modifications

GRANIZE LLC reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the Service at any time, with or without prior notice. We will not be liable to you or any third party for any modification, suspension, or discontinuation of the Service.

8. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Modifications will take effect immediately upon publication. Your continued use of the Service after any modification constitutes your acceptance of the new terms.

9. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access to the Service immediately, without prior notice, for any reason, including if you violate these Terms.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York, United States. Any dispute related to these terms will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of New York, United States.
